We are dedicated to providing a professional and timely service to Imperial staff.
We share and support Imperial’s goal of “delivering world-class scholarship, education and research in science, engineering and medicine, with particular regard to their application in industry, commerce and healthcare” and we take the necessary flexible approach to achieving research translation and impact in the community.
To help the College in its mission, we need the support and buy-in of the staff community at Imperial. Without you, we would have no intellectual property to commercialise. We’re here to help you translate your research and we take customer satisfaction very seriously
Our staff are experienced professionals, many of whom have worked as scientists and in industry. We understand and appreciate the mutual respect necessary between inventors and those who work to support the commercialisation of their technologies, and we are familiar with the time pressures that arise in both academia and business. In order to ensure we meet the standards we have set for ourselves we have made the following service commitments.
