Cambridge Enterprise, Oxford Spin-out Equity Management and UCL Business are the organisations responsible for managing equity in spin-out companies from Cambridge University, Oxford University and University College London respectively. Innovations has a history of co-operation with the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford and University College London through its collaborations with these organisations.

Prior to its fundraising announced on 7th December 2010, Innovations received letters  from Cambridge Enterprise, OxfordSpin-out Equity Management and UCL Business supporting the exploration of opportunities to increase co-operation and invest in technology companies coming out of the universities they represent.
