Circassia, a specialty biopharmaceutical company focused on developing a new class of t-cell vaccines designed to treat allergies and combat organ transplant rejection, has won the PraxisUnico Impact Award in the 'Business Aspiring' category.
The awards were held during the PraxisUnico conference gala dinner on Wednesday 16th of June.
Circassia has completed three successful funding rounds since January 2007, raising a total of £32.6 million. The company has completed a number of clinical trials of its leading products in the past two years, which yielded positive results. These results have provided strong indicators to allow further development of its cat, house dust mite, grass and ragweed allergy therapeutics.
